REGISTERING YOUR PROPERTY WITH FRENCH LOCATIONS

How much does it cost?

We charge a one-off annual fee, shown below, for a 12 month registration with French Locations - no further fee or commission is payable unless you wish to take advantage of our Lease arrangement service .

For this annual fee:
  • a full description of your property will appear on the French Locations website for one year
  • a link to your own website, should you have one, can be included within your property details
  • you may amend or update your details on the French Locations website at any time during the year
  • French Locations does advertise all year round in French Property and Lifestyle Magazines
  • French Locations are available via phone or email to offer advice, support and guidance to both property owners and tenants looking for long-term lets.
The annual registration fees payable are:-

To register one property £80 100 Euros
To register two properties £120 150 Euros
For each additional property thereafter add £30 40 Euros
French Locations Postbox Service (Optional - see below for details) £20 25 Euros

Payment in other currencies is available.




French Locations Postbox Service

French Locations offer their Postbox Service for property owners who would rather not be the first point of contact for potential tenants. The contact details appearing on the website will be for the French Locations office, and any enquiries will be forwarded to the property owner (or agent) as soon as possible. Contact details for owners using the Postbox Service will not be passed to enquirers without the permission of the property owner.

The property registration form will give us all the information we need to prepare an advertisement for your property on our website.

When we have received your property registration form and your payment fee, your property details will appear on the French Locations website.
